Well, I finally decided to break down and do a horror-type manipulation to this, reworking some stuff and improving the composition, and abusing brushes. It was meant as a kind of Halloween image, since at the time I didn't have the time to work on a whole new piece. I think it has a nice feeling of being trapped, in various ways. I'm more satisfied with it, but not fully I think. I had the idea to totally twist the idea and do an oil painting based on it soon, but we'll see.
